Refund policy
No returns
We use print-on-demand technology, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if a customer orders the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.
Damages and issues
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we do offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. We have a 30-day refund/replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or replacement.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a refund/replacement of a damaged item, you must submit photos of the damaged/defective item. You’ll also need to submit the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damage/defective product submission, and let you know if the refund/replacement was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
